A native of the west, Eric Ondrick is a top-producing sales professional and business development specialist. As a successful business owner, he has proven achievement in driving revenue and profit growth for companies across service and product industries.
A graduate of Cal Poly and residing in Idaho for over 24 years, Ondrick has owned and managed a number of thriving companies. Eric is currently an Agency Owner & Certified Debt Free Life Consultant for SFG – helping his clients’ get out of debt in nine years or less, including their mortgage, without spending any additional money than they’re already spending. He was a 2017 ‘Impact Player of The Year’. He was also the President of Spectrum Commercial Funding, a commercial finance corporation that funded over $350,000,000 of accounts receivable, PO, equipment, Business Lines of Credit, Commercial Real Estate loans, SBA 7a Loans and Working Capital funding. Formerly, he served as CEO of Abacus Group, Inc.(AGI). AGI’s endeavors included, but were not limited to, ownership of apartment complexes and retail coffee houses located in Boise, Idaho. The corporation was responsible for acquisition, development, maintenance and expansion of products and companies.

Eric was the Glazer-Kennedy Inner Circle (GKIC) Idaho Chapter Director and a Certified Business Advisor for GKIC – an International Direct Response Marketing Organization (sold in 2012 after 4 ½ years). He hosted a monthly marketing meeting that drew 60-70 local business leaders in the Boise area. Eric is a former Board Member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO – Idaho) – an international membership of entrepreneurs. He also served on the board of his sons’ Little League, was a coach of his oldest son’s baseball team for eight years and an Optimist Football assistant coach for his youngest son’s football team.
Ondrick completed his first book, “Creating Customers for Life – Tips, Techniques and Strategies For Growing ANY Business Even In the Toughest Economies” in April of 2009. He had an ‘Ask The Expert Marketing Advice’ column in Idaho Women’s Journal and was a recurring guest on NewsTalk 670 KBOI’s (Boise) ‘The Recession Smackdown!’.
Ondrick is a natural communicator who is characterized as a visionary with a strong work ethic, persistent spirit, entrepreneurial perspective and drive. He and his wife successfully extend their financial management philosophy to their home and family. As a result, Money Magazine editors selected them for the cover story of Money’s 25th anniversary edition, October 1997. The issue focused on couples, families and finance.
As a past president of the Idaho Association of Mortgage Brokers (1998), Ondrick lent his experience and insight to Boise’s NBC affiliate, KTVB News Channel 7. For several years, Idaho at Sunrise featured weekly mortgage and investment advice with Ondrick. Ondrick has been awarded The Idaho Business Review’s 2005 Accomplished Under 40 award. The Ondrick’s, their two daughters, two sons and a granddaughter, reside in Boise, Idaho.
