Prior to becoming an insurance producer, Tony Capistrano’s professional background was as a Mortgage Loan Officer, an International Network Marketer and working nights for 17 years as a press operator to support his young family. Tony has always worked hard but did not have any experience in the insurance and financial services industry. A personal friend introduced Tony to the insurance industry the first week of 2016 and he became a licensed life and health insurance agent 6 weeks later, February 18, 2016.

In less than 2 years in the industry, Tony has already exceeded $77,000 of income in one month, which more than his annual salary as a press operator. Tony’s first calendar year was 2017 where he and his agency have smashed almost all existing sales production records. Tony was the #2 National Producer in 2018, personally recruited, trained and mentored the #1 Producer and built a National Agency that exceeded $5 Million in production which was another company record more than doubling the previous record of all Agencies in the company history for first year production. His agency has created multiple six figure earners, national top producers, and multiple national agency owners.
